5 Stars - This place is awesome! Mike, the owner, explains every recommended repair and even draws pictures if you don't understand. They buy their parts out of Dallas in an effort to keep costs down. They repaired our car correctly and quickly. We were out of town when they finished our car, and they even stored it for a couple of days until we got home. We will absolutely use Alpine Imports for all of our car repairs! Thanks Mike :& the Crew!
5 Stars - Great honest service! My car broke down in Norman and they got me back on the road!

5 Stars - We purchased a vehicle at this dealership in June 2014. We were VERY impressed with the sales team and their willingness to go above & beyond to get us the very best deal as the very best price. The Sales Manager looked for every available discount to assist us in our purchase. We highly recommend this dealership and will make all future purchases here!!!
5 Stars - Mr Fairchild offered me an improved service that saved me time and money. Now I only have to get my oil changed every five months instead of three. I was very pleased to find out they would also wash my car. (Another great time saver) He also added a money saving coupon to my invoice. The service time was also very reasonable. All the staff at Hyundai are pleasant and helpful.
5 Stars - AutoMax Hyundai Norman has always treated us right. We were in the market for a car recently and Mason Spain was very helpful and responsive. This business needs more great salesmen like Mason. Rating is A+ in our opinion. Stan and Ann Dow Norman OK.
1 Stars - Bought a 370z from this place about a month ago. Kind of a high pressure sale environment but that's pretty much expected of a dealership. The car had a check engine light but ran and looked good. Had aftermarket exhaust so it was assumed it was an 02 sensor. They said it would be taken care of with purchase of the vehicle.
Went ahead with the purchase while they took the car back to service. After everything was settled I started home and within 10 minutes of driving the light came back on. Went to O'Reily's and took the code reader to it. 02 sensor error, no big deal. Call the dealership after a few days and was told to bring it in and they'd take care of it. Drive the 30 minutes up there and get refused service. No manager to speak with me and they claimed there was no one with authority they could get a hold of. Called a few days later and spoke with the GM. Was told it wasn't going to be an issue to bring it up again and it would get resolved. Bring it up the following week. Refused service, AGAIN.
Spoke with the sales rep who sold me the car and a manager. Sales rep said they didn't sign any documents stating they had to work on anything. Gave nothing but excuses. That I would need to pay $100 for the diagnostic fee and another $200 for the warranty deposit for a $70 sensor fix. They refused the verbal agreement made. Manager tells me if I bring another person in and they buy a vehicle, that they would then do the work for free. Ridiculous and very shady. So they want me to find them another customer so I can get work done that was already promised? Why would I purchase a car that has a mechanical problem after being told the benefit from buying from them was that whatever they sell goes through service and is mechanically clean?
Long story short whatever you find here used is buy is as is. No different from a private seller only more expensive. Promises and lies will be made to simply get you to sign a contract. Unless they have something unique I'd strongly recommend Bob Moore if you go to a dealership. They will go above and beyond for you. David Stanley is also fairly good as far as dealerships go. Heavily recommend avoiding this play and any Reynolds dealer. They will nickel and dime you for anything they can.
Edit: Just did routine maintenance and it ended up being the air filters were in really bad shape.(so they wanted 300 dollars for a 20 dollar fix then)Those along with the oil change, and oil filter are suppose to be done with the inspection of a car before they can resell. So apparently you can't trust them to do that either.
5 Stars - Automax Hyundai in Norman is AMAZING! I worked with Michael, Phil, Justin, and Joe and before going there I had HORRIBLE experiences trying to buy a car. They turned my nightmare into a dream and I love my new vehicle! I will send everyone I know their way!
