Just want to say I had an awesome experience buying my first 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition on October 21,2015. I had no idea what I wanted- when we pulled up at the dealership Lance was the one to greet us!
Lance was very patient with me (several nights in a row he would stay at the dealership after it was closing time to talk with us, letting us test drive vehicles with absolutely NO pressure of purchasing a vehicle and was very upfront about everything). We have never experienced such a personalized car buying service!
Everyone at the dealership was so wonderful and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and what I wanted. My first car buying experience was awesome!! We couldn't be happier!

The best buying experience I have ever had- and I have had a lot! I came in just wanting to test drive a 15 Santa Fe and was so impressed with the level of service that I bought right then. Natalie and Bruce respected that I needed to be back to work- so paperwork was ready for me when I came back after 5. Exceptional service and a fair deal, thanks Billingsley!
I was looking for a first car for my daughter and was so lucky to meet Angie Mitchel. What a wonderful person. An 18 yr old does not need a brand new car and most sales people do not even put an effort in when they find out that you are looking for a starter car and not a 20K vehicle. I encountered that at many dealerships. Now Angie was heaven sent. Not pushy but tried to help me in any way she could without any pressure. Most dealers already have 4 people standing outside once you park and having worked retail before it would make me want to put my car in reverse. Not at Billingsley. Angie was absolute wonderful,patient and compassionate when it came to my concerns about the vehicle my daughter loved so much. She even corresponded with me on her day off!!! I never felt pressured even though it was not a brand new car she treated me like it was. We all know how hard sales people have to work since they are on commission. This lady is the most wonderful,caring and honest person I have ever encountered buying a vehicle and an asset to the company! There was a little problem with the vehicle and my daughter had to take it in. I was worried she may miss her first day at Cameron and Angie was even going to take her if repair had interfered with her schedule!!! Who would do that and run the risk of missing out on a sale and income? Only a person who cares about the customer especially after the sale was already done! Most places sell you a car and then dont care anymore. Jeff was also incredible and made sure everything was taken care off and always available if I had any concerns. I would have given them a 5 if one of the sales managers had not talked to me as if I was a burden when I called about my concerns and was told " I dont know what to tell you but everything worked fine when the car was on the lot". But I will not let that reflect on the company because Angie was so wonderful and made sure I made the right decision but explaining in detail what could have caused the little problem. I know I will return to Billingsley for my next car!!!
These people are rude and a fraud. Service Is horrible, workers are rude, and most of all their repairs are half done jobs. Then I get blamed for their mistakes. I've heard so many bad things about this place... But never had I ever thought a dealership would try so hard to put out a bad name. If you want some advice.. Take your money and business elsewhere. Meaning, for cars and for service.
As owners who keep new cars for a long time (average 10 Yrs.) we were not familiar with many features that are now standard on newer automobiles. Shawn Landers took his time showing us all the new features available on the 2015 Sonata. After test driving one, we asked for time to look at other manufacturers models and consider our options. We received no high pressure sales pitch, just a confident explanation of what their dealership offered. We chose the 2015 Sonata Limited with the ultimate package. Billingsley Hyundai did not have the color and options that we requested, but Ted Kagle quickly found us one and gave us a very reasonable price through their AARP affiliation. Paper work was handled quickly and with a minimum of hassle. We are very comfortable recommending them to anyone who is searching for a new automobile.
