5 Stars - Robert Ankney is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I'm 71, on Social Security and had no transportation. Robert handled the entire deal over the phone, helped me find insurance, picked me up at my house, took me to the bank to get cash and back to the dealership to sign the papers. I felt like he cared about helping me just as much as he cared about making a commission. Be sure and ask for Robert if you stop by Bob Hurley Buick GMC. 5 stars at least -

5 Stars - I had a painless car buying experience with Erik. (from the Ford dealership) I have a very busy schedule and Erik worked with me via text for a week before I came in and bought my new car. He worked out most of the details BEFORE I ever stepped foot in the door. I was in and out in a little under 2 hours! Then the GMC dealership walked me through all the features on my new Terrain. I absolutely loved the experience.
5 Stars - I went to bob hurley looking for a new car and talked to Robert Ankney. He was very polite and didn't try to hurry me into a car that I wasn't sure about (like most other salesman). He told me everything I needed to know about the terrain, enclave, and all the other cars I asked about. I ended up getting an acadia and have been very happy with it. The next time I need a new car im definitely going back to see Robert.
1 Stars - Bought a 2014 GMC Sierra Demo from them only to find out that when the seat warmers were on a Sour Beer smell would come from the seats after speaking to the partial owner he admitted that they loaned these demo's to college kids to enable them to drink and drive. The bed liner was installed in a slip shod manner and one of the bed anchor's fell out on the way home from the lot. This is extremely poor business practices in my opinion and refused to try and correct the problem with the vehicle we were under the understanding of purchasing in like new condition. They were also higher then all the other Tulsa dealerships for a similar vehicle in brand new condition. Now we have been trying to get them to return calls for our warranty cancellation for over 8 weeks and they are not returning our calls after numerous attempts.
