5 Stars - The service was very fast and pleasant! Quick acceptance time and they found the problem very quick! The cooperation was amazing! I recommend this service shop! A+
1 Stars - Had a warranty service done on 2 parts. They said one was covered and the other wasn't. I paid 630$ for the one not covered by warranty. Went home and contacted Cummins and they said both are covered by them 100%. I called tec back, and they said it was a mistake.
Make sure you do your homework before going there, the employees were rude and tried to rob me.

5 Stars - We were very happy with our experience at Wilsonville Chevrolet. I had hear about this dealership way back when Lee Rogers was on KUPL Radio. He said such compelling things about the integrity of this business and it's owner, I decided then that if I was ever going to go to a car dealership to buy a car, it would be Wilsonville Chevrolet, even tho' we live 3 blocks from a competitor.
I contacted Doug Harris, Internet Sales, through the website and got an email early the next day. I outlined the terms and payments we were looking for and Doug worked out a perfect plan for us. No pressure, no gimmicks, no sales-y crap, just good advice. But I knew I would like Doug the minute I saw his smiling face in snapshot on his email. If you are looking for a non-intimidating, friendly, sincere car buying experience, call or go see Doug Harris. You will be happy you did. His follow up after the sale has been stellar, checking in to see if we have questions or need anything. BUY FROM DOUG HARRIS AT LOCALLY OWNED WILSONVILLE CHEVROLET!
1 Stars - I went to this dealership after calling around to 6 other Chevy dealerships looking for the right car. I spoke with a sales representative and told him my offer. After driving 40 minutes from Portland to the dealership, they did the old bait and switch jacking the price up an extra 1,000. I reluctantly purchased the vehicle a brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze with fewer than 100 miles on it. I drove the vehicle home and parked it for the night. The next day they check engine light came on and I immediately called the dealership and On Star. On Star ran a diagnostic and informed me that the Cam shaft sensors malfunctioned. My sales rep told me to bring the car in for an inspection. The first day I did not hear from them at all. The next day I called in and the lead mechanic says, "we can not figure out what's wrong with it". I was irate!! I told him that On Star had informed me that it was the sensors. After waiting another day for an update, they offered to replace the parts with new ones, yet even after doing this process the light would not go off. I demanded to be reimbursed the full amount, rather than keeping the car. Will never return to this dealership again.
5 Stars - I came to get my car serviced, I got a oil and filter change, tire rotation,chassis lube and tire balance for $35. It was great. I booked an appt, for 3pm and got there at 2:50pm and they took it right away, I asked the staff question, they were very knowledgeable. I was also seeing about buying a new car, I talked to a sales guy for about 20 mins he recommended some cars and let me go look at them without standing over me or bugging me. It was a great experience. The service appt. lasted about an hour and a half.
5 Stars - We went in for an oil change and discovered the brake pads on the front needed to be replaced. After they were changed we felt a difference in the brake pedal. We were concerned and took the car back to be checked. The technician checked the brake system, including master cylinder and bled the brakes finding no issues. (All without charge to us). Thankfully everything checked out fine and the car is braking well, giving us peace of mind.

1 Stars - DISGUSTED with these guys! DO NOT TRUST the service department with your vehicle!! On two separate occasions I have had problems. They are incompetent & do shoddy work. I paid for a/c inspection (which includes pressure checking to make sure there are no leaks) & was told that everything was good I just needed Freon. I told them to go ahead & fill it. 2 hrs later I had no Freon & neon leak detection dye all over under my hood. I took it back & they looked it over again. Instead of reimbursing me for the a/c inspection they obviously did not do which would of told them the compressor was leaking, they tried to sell me a a/c compressor for$600+. When I said no way to paying that much for a a/c compressor I was told "let me see what we can do". They gave me $50 back for the Freon & said "it is more than most dealer's would do". WRONG ANY GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT would reimburse the inspection & the Freon based on the Freon would not of been filled when the was a huge leak detected as per the INSPECTION would of revealed. I ended up buying a compressor at napa & filling it myself for 1/4 of price, only reason took it to them was because I was in a hurry heading to AZ. NEVER AGAIN will I take a car to them. Hope t.his helps someone to not get taken buy these clowns
