5 Stars - We had an awesome experience at Wilsonville Honda. We were in the market for a 2015 Civic. Prior to going to Wilsonville we researched the price and features we wanted in the car and pretty much knew what we wanted. The sales staff (Ashlyn and Zac) we so pleasant to work with. Ashlyn showed us exactly the cars that met our specifications, without once trying to upsell us or talk us into a different car. After deciding on the exact Civic we wanted to purchase, Zac was incredibly patient with us. While their no-haggle price on the Civic was the best deal we had researched, we did give a little push back on the price for our trade. Which they settled on a very reasonable price and we were very happy with the terms of the entire sale. Steve in financing was also very pleasant to work with and we got the best financing terms out of Honda that were being offered. Overall, it was the most laid back, stress free car buying experience I have ever encountered. I look forward to working with Wilsonville Honda in the future for the servicing of our new Civic and any other car buying needs we may have in the future.
5 Stars - We live in California and had to stop here because the splash shield under the engine bay of our Honda Odyssey was damaged by a piece of debris on the freeway. The service technician fixed it up quickly so we could get back on the road and the parts department was able to give me an idea of how much the replacement part would cost with no wait. Great service.
5 Stars - I am rating this dealership excellent as it was a pleasure dealing with everyone from sales to finance to management. We were treated with respect and courtesy and made to feel welcome and comfortable.
We had dealt with a few other places and were so relieved when we found this dealership and the perfect car for us. Thanks to everyone at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda and we will recommend you to anyone wanting to buy and we will return for our next car!
1 Stars - THANKS HONDA WILSONVILLE FOR LETTING ME DRIVE AROUND THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS IN MY HONDA PILOT WITH YOUR FAULTY AIRBAGS BECAUSE YOU DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL ME TO GET IT REPLACED WHEN YOU HAD RECEIVED THE PART.
They have the worst customer service. Called them back in January about scheduling to come in to have our Honda Pilot airbags replaced due to the recall notification that I had received in the mail. They told me that they would have to order the part and then they would call us back to make an appointment. Three weeks later, still had not heard back from them so I called to see what the deal was. They told me that the part was on back order and they were still waiting on it. I once again made sure to confirm that they would call us once they had the part and leave a message if I did not answer my phone. Fast forward to today. STILL NO CALL. I had not heard a peep from them. My dad calls to ask about it and guess what??! He was able to make an appointment because they had the part but they didn't bother to call me to let me know.
5 Stars - Zac Dreyer, sales representative was absolutely fantastic to work with. No pressure, knowledgeable and represent himself and the dealership in a very positive manner. The sales manager and finance person were wonderful also. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years and know that dealerships like this are not the norm. I give Mr. Johnstone a lot of credit for creating a staff that is so competent. It starts from the top and this dealership is run the right way. Many thanks to all who helped me purchase our vehicle.
