5 Stars - Let me just start out by saying that this is by far, the best service I have ever received from any motorcycle dealership. I was recently stuck between a rock and a hard place and this dealership and their employees went above and beyond there expected service to help a traveler on the road. We had broke down in the middle of the desert of eastern Oregon. We had taken a trip from Northern California through Oregon, Idaho, and Montana and back and were staying our last night on the road before we made it home for Father's Day. After finding a hotel for our last night on the road before returning home, my riding buddy noticed that my tire had a 2" x 18" portion of threads showing down the middle of my tire. With only 4000 miles on my brand new bike, this came as quite a surprise. The closest place that we could find a motorcycle tire shop open on the Saturday before Father's Day that carried a tire bigger then a 180 size in stock was Wildhorse Harley-Davidson in Bend, OR which was 130 miles from where we were. So after wrestling with the local Tow Truck Agency's that were taking advantage of a traveler in need, we were dropped off at Wildhorse. When we pulled up, they help me unload the bike and even though I had a foreign bike, they were receptive to a traveler in need, a veteran, and a father trying to get home to keep a promise to his children. They weren't sure if they even had the tools but even said they would try to take my tire off and mount the new one. After not being able to get it off, they called all the local mechanic's until they found one that could mount my tire for me that day. They personally loaded my bike up on their trailer, and took me over to the Mechanic and made sure that he had what was needed before leaving me to be serviced. As a business owner, I admired the integrity and the loyalty not only their customers, but to the riding community and to travelers that we run into along the road from time to time that just might need a little human kindness. Thank you Wildhorse Harley-Davidson for your personal attention and customer service. It goes a long ways in this day and age. And even thought I love my Suzuki M90 Boulevard, when I do look to buy a Harley-Davidson, no matter where I live in the states. I will personally drive to Bend, OR to exclusively deal with you.
5 Stars - Here is a shout out to the outstanding staff at Wildhorse Harley Davidson, Bend OR.
I have owned and been riding Harleys for 40 years. As a master mechanic and sales professional in the automotive industry I know the product and the industry. In keeping my older Harleys in top condition I have been dealing with Brandon Nash and Scott Dumdei ,Scott Barclay, Curtis Seaborne, Jeff Sime for many years and have always received outstanding, courteous, accurate, and friendly customer service. So with that said I decided to purchase a Pre-Owned, low miles, super clean, 2007 FXSTC Softail Custom. The entire sales process was smooth, comfortable, and extremely professional. That is how I treat my customers. How refreshing it is to be reciprocated by such professionalism. Thank you Wildhorse Harley Davidson….You Guys Rock.
5 Stars - Being that I am on the road and not being a mechanic is a little intimidating having to go into a shop for repairs and upgrades. Finding Wildhorse was a true score. These guys got me in and out when they said and went above and beyond to help me at a fair price especially Mike.
5 Stars - These guys and gals are friendly and make you feel right at home. Very clean, personable, willing to take time with each customer. I was there on my Victory motorcycle, but they treated me with courtesy and respect as if I had purchased from them. You won't go wrong here.
5 Stars - Fantastic service. Stopped in on a road trip for a problem with my Father's bike. Was fixed quickly. Service was so good I now travel 2 hours for all of the work I get done on my bikes.
I live closer to portland, but the service here is well worth the trip.
