5 Stars - Absolutely the easiest motorcycle purchase I have ever made. This is a grassroots family run dealership. From the very first phone call, I knew that they were the best dealership to sell me my bike. We set the entire transaction up via email, phone and text as I was coming from out of town. I flew in and they knew I was riding the bike back home, so they made my schedule their top priority. The entire staff including the owner's wife was there to assist me.
These guys know their stuff, and they care about the customer experience. They want clients for life, not clients for now.
The BEST BMW Motorcycle dealership period.
5 Stars - The staff & service Hansen's provided was excellent! Top notch all the way, very professional and knowledgeable about the products carried and the servicing associated. Recommend to anyone in the market without hesitation.
5 Stars - I rolled into Medford having just been the victim of some road debris, and the helpful staff did what they could to get me safely on the road including robbing one of their floor model of a part. Outstanding service.

5 Stars - Craig, Mason and the staff have always been terrific to work with and answer my questions, especially when I was just getting started in cycling. On many occasions they spent time educating me about my various problems, even when I brought them my Harley to work on when the Harley Davidson dealer couldn't do a project I wanted done. Their service department has gone above and beyond on several unusual installations I requested, and problems I created. I can always count on the guys at BMW, great integrity and treated with kindness every time. I also attended the Pridmore Class riding school where they frequently are instructors,
they gave me personal attention which really enhanced what I learned. The school was so important in teaching me good riding technique and helping me look at riding as an art.
