Daniel R. Cobb04/10/155 Stars - I just bought a Vulcan 900 Custom from these guys and the experience was great. Gabe Webster was my sales person and he was terrific, but the whole group was good to work with. They let me ride several bikes before settling on the Vulcan. They gave some on price and were easy to work with. Great bike, BTW. Powerful, smooth acceleration, smooth ride, and reliable. Love it. I'll be back!Damien Trevino04/19/151 Stars - Rude employees who do not acknowledge your existence. I had waited for 30 minutes to buy a bike but after asking two salesmen for some help no one ever came to speak with me. Their loss.. Beaverton motorcycles however, I had a great experience! You all should go there!!Ken Gola04/04/155 Stars - I had a great experience purchasing a new motorcycle with Motosport Hillsboro, the sales team was knowledable and helpful and went above and beyond on preparing the bike for my son. I went and talked to the people in the parts dept as well and they were also really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Motorsport Hillsboro.Kyle Tarr04/08/151 Stars - Before taking Team Oregon BRT I spent time talking to their sales men about taking the class and how I was excited. Most of them said they also took the course, blah, blah; I buy a helmet at cost from them. The day of the training i find out that motorsport offers 30% off helmets to all people that take the course. Sooo I go back with original receipt , helmet, and box in New condition. I ask their sales staff to honor the 30% and at the very least give me in store credit for the $75 I would have saved if I had bought the helmet after Team Oregon's BRT, Or their knowledgeable staff could have warned me about the discount knowing I was taking the class 5 days after purchasing the helmet. Their answer to me on the discount was, tough luck and "sorry it's not my fault". I agree it wasn't their fault but this type of business is bad business and they just lost what could have been a loyal customer for years. I walked out of the store without a refund on the helmet and without buying one of their bikes. I had cash in hand ready to get a CBR for 8K.... Their loseScott Sortman02/27/151 Stars - Both my friend and I have purchased motorcycles from here in the past. We made the mistake of the bait and switch the first time for an advertised crf50. I recently contacted them agian about a gsxr street bike that I have been watching them advertise for weeks at a very low price. Of course its not available anymore per salesperson Gabe and he then said they have a year newer model if I wanted to take a look at that. Im in the process with the BBB and I have all previous documentation and emails for evidence. If anyone is looking for a good deal go to POWER in Sublimity. There are no cheezy sales games there and most of the time no set up fees. Dont be fooled like I have been and stay away from this place and there shady marketing/sales techniques.
