I will never trust this shop with anything ever again and would suggest none of you do either. I bought a car from this shop towards the end of january/beginning of february, i cleaned out my savings on this car to be honest, i asked to negotiate but Ben the owner refused claiming everything on the car was new, the tires, all new parts underneath, he had put in so much money that's why the car was selling for so high. so i overpayed, thinking it was a deal. 2 days after i bought the car the check engine light pops on for the catalytic convertor, my local shop said i could wait to replace it, i was annoyed but didn't call the shop. A month to the day i bought it the engine blew up, so i called them back they said they'd tow it from my local shop, they'd fix it no problem. They had the car for 2 months and i had to call on a weekly basis to receive any sort of update. I get out a personal loan, they claim everything on the car is fixed so i pay for the engine and the other "repairs" and leave. I pick up my car and brakes aren't working, i try to brake and my car slowly bumps along into a stop, somehow between giving them my car and me receiving the car my brakes go bad. I replace them with a friends help and its all fine. I take the same car to get an oil change, local shop tells me a have a lot of rusted and bad pieces underneath and these new tires are actually horribly dry-rotte and it becomes obvious that Ben was lying about all this work. I'm upset but want nothing to do with the shop at this point. Then about 3 weeks ago my engine light pops on again, its the catalytic converter, again. Thats funny cause they were gonna fix that. Finally come to sunday 9/7 and i'm driving on 83N when the tred pops off one of my tires, i slam on brakes and the tred comes off the other 3 all because of these dry-rotted tired Ben claimed were new. I have a shop replace the tires, they look at the cc, say it can wait a little longer, they replace part of an axel thats rusted and lets me know my new brakes need replaced because they are soaked with brake fluid as my line has a leak. I pick up my car 9/9, we didn't have this new shop look at the engine cause that was supposed to be newly replaced by the service center and Ben. On the night of 9/10 the engine starts making a horrible noise, i once again call my local shop for a tow, the man in charge feels horrible for me at this point and asks me to start up the engine so he can make a quick diagnosis or just generally take a look. I start the engine and a spark plug physically flies out of the engine. I'm told its visible that it wasn't even tightened in, they couldn't even correctly install an engine. they are the biggest crooks i've ever met. don't trust them.
