5 Stars - I've depended on Action Motorsports for 10 years now for parts, motorcycles, atvs and they have always come through. About a month ago I wrecked my bike and brought it to Action's service department. Well a month later I thought Action wasn't sending my insurance co the info they needed, but it was my insurance company failing. The service manager contacted me personally and is going to make sure everything is kept care of.
5 Stars - Action has always been great to me! I highly recommend this place for all your ATVs & Motorcylces and accessories!
5 Stars - I brought my motorcycle in with difficult starting. Now my motorcycle starts right up unbelievably well and one of the bolts I was missing was replaced while they had it. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
2 Stars - I've been going to Action Motorsports for many years and finally had enough. Some of my experiences are... Most of the employees at the parts counter are arrogant and act as if you have no idea what you are talking about. They have refused to replace defective parts still under warranty on two occasions. The guys at the service center have been less than helpful on many occasions. They are too unfamiliar with any of the bikes they sell to help you with an issue you may have. Everything from bikes to parts to service is way overpriced. Save yourself some frustration and go to another dealer.

5 Stars - Great experience at Apple buying a new Forester. Greg, the Internet Manager was easy to deal with from start to finish and even set up the bluetooth for us when we were done. I would recommend Apple to anyone for their car buying needs. The girlfriend loves her car. Thanks!
4 Stars - I just moved here and this dealership wasn't exactly the greatest that I've experienced when I dropped my car off yesterday morning. First, they never gave me the free vacuuming after my service for my car and returned it actually dirtier than when I gave it to them. Second, the pricing is significantly greater than what I paid for the same service at my dealership in NC. Lastly, the tire quote they gave me was about $300 more than what I was quoted prior. The good things was that they had a temporary car to use and the service was communicated efficiently and completed. All in all, a bit overpriced for sub par service, but not anything greater than what I expected.

Summary: car went from green to yellow to red in less than 40 days. It was green by an acura dealership at a different state and turned to yellow and red at this dealership in a matter of 10 days. A void this service location if you can and save yourself unnecesssary repairs.
===== Now the details ==========
I recently moved from Minnesota and had always had my 08 TSX serviced at Acura dealership. A week before my move to York, I took my car to the dealership and had it fully inspected. Inspection sheet was all GREEN, no service was recommend at all.
A month after my move to York, I took my car to Apple Acura for a battery check. I was charged ~ $50 for just checking the battery. Not an issue. What I got out of that service was a long list of recommended repairs that amounted to ~ $1100. Out of the long inspect list, I ended up with 5 "yellow" items. Again just as a reminder, this is just within a month or so of having the car inspected in another Acura dealership. What was funny about the list is a recommendation to change some of the fluids that were replaced within the past six months at the other dealership.
Anyways, I didn't follow their recommendations and I am glad I didn't.
Check 1: within a month - Five items went from Green to Yellow ==> Price tag $1100.
Ten days later, I had my license plates changed to PA and with that comes the requirement to have emission and safety inspections. Where else would I take my lovely Acura other than the dealership.
Dropped the car Friday night and on Saturday morning, the service rep called me to inform me that my car passed the emission test but failed the safety inspection. I went to the dealership and the same exact list that I got 10 days earlier was provided to me but now instead of the items being yellow, they turned red. What was recommended ten days ago is now a must fix. Total cost to have the car pass the inspection, ~$500 - $600.
I opted not to have the car fixed and paid the total inspection fee.
Check 2: within 10 days - two items went from Yellow to Red ==> Price tag $550.
Funny thing is that I took the car to a licensed center and had the car inspected. It passed the inspection and all I had to pay was $23.
Bottom line, I am NEVER NEVER taking my car back there unless there was some sort of service recall.

5 Stars - I was at Apple Acura service as my 4 day old CPO RDX is having starting issues, noisy door lock actuator and an improperly installed plastic panel in the boot. I am so pleased with them!!! They checked all issues with me, replaced battery under warranty on the spot and have scheduled to fix all of them next week all under CPO warranty!!! They were extremely friendly and attentive.....

5 Stars - I live close to our nation's capital. I am a small business owner with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. I have purchased multiple Acura's from the dealers who are local to me. Prior to the acquisition my most recent Acura, my previous transactions when buying an Acura from my local dealers would range from fair to painful, but never pleasant. In other words, it always seemed like a trip to the dentist. It (the purchase) was necessary. However, it was either time consuming and uncomfortable (like a cleaning) -or- a painful and unnecessary waste of time and money (like having teeth pulled for no other reason than to profit the dentist). Once it was done I always paid, but rarely felt satisfied.
If you are considering the purchase of an Acura, I now have great advice for you. Go to Apple Acura and see Greg Kohr. Our recent buying experience with them was absolutely first-class. I looked at 100's of Acura's online. I further inquired on several by phone and email. We test drove a few. At Apple Acura we were able to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted (color, condition, mileage, options,...) along with the mandatory features I was looking for (service history, recent maintenance, price, accessibility,...). As an added bonus, everyone at Apple Acura was very professional from start to finish and even knew who we were when we arrived at the dealership (including the receptionist). It does not matter how much money you spend at the dealerships in our local area, you will never get that kind of personal courtesy. After I completed one phone conversation with Greg Kohr and one visit to Apple Acura, I was able to drive home with the right vehicle, for the right price, and the whole experience was actually completely painless. We finally feel satisfied with the complete buying experience of our Acura.
When I asked my wife for her thoughts on our experience with Greg Kohr at Apple Acura, she stated, "Now that is how the process of buying a car should be."
