Best staff I've ever encountered in a hotel or motel. Super happy and helpful. Very nice and classy decor in rooms. I felt like I was definitely in luxury :) Loved the super soft comfy bedding, and I was even allowed my four legged baby while I stayed here in luxury :) Loved it here! I wish they were all this nice! Awesome place!:)
Why is there still no ZERO star choice? To be worthy of one star would mean that at least something, somewhere in this crap stand measures up and I assure you-- IT DOES NOT.
Let's first address the lack of privacy. When I pay (or in this case a Corporate account purchases many rooms in ADVANCE, UP FRONT, for business purposes), privacy is paramount. If I set the AC in the room to be comfortable to my liking once returning from a long (12-15 hour) workday OUTSIDE in the heat, I expect the AC to be exactly as I left it. UNTOUCHED. This was not the case. Additionally, I did in no way request room service, so no one should have entered the room that was paid for in full. There is a breach of trust and possibly a violation of contract here.
Moving on, let's address basic cleanliness. I'm not going to touch on ethnicity or race because that is a slippery slope. Do minority immigrants own and operate this "establishment"? See for yourself.
Let's all agree, however, that when we're in Rome and OWN a business in Rome, it's best that we conduct business in accordance with the standards of those that are paying the bill. Example(s):
1.) Crusty, molded soap stuck up against the wall for what appears to be since the late 90's. Who is cleaning these showers?
2.) Bloody sheets. Once the blood was observed, my colleague removed the sheets and placed them into the floor. Upon returning to his room, he discovered that the blood stained sheets were PLACED BACK ON THE MATTRESS. Again, I don't know where in the World this would be acceptable.
3.) Bathroom vent is a direct view to another room. You can see the lights shining through. As a man, I am concerned for any woman who believes she has privacy within the confines of her rented bathroom space. YOU DO NOT. This is against the Law but also against everything that is decent and acceptable in our society.
The "hot breakfast" offered is anything but. The Health Department will be getting a call and follow-up email; however, the Owner of the "establishment" was less than concerned that the food was dangerously sub-par, in keeping with the overall theme of this terrible excuse for a motel. (Motel is putting it very, very generously. I've been in better bus station bathrooms.)
To conclude this horrible review that really had it coming: stay here at your own risk and with fair warning. If you work for a living, or maybe even if you are just passing through, AVOID this place. You deserve better. This is America. You have choices and I doubt you want to waste time and money on this halfway house.
Excellent hotel. I was caught with some work and had to do it in the lobby/eatting area and the staff was very courteous and professional.
I have stayed here plenty of times but today when I went to check in the manager tells me you have to be 21 and that's always been there policy. I have stayed there plenty of time in my name and I'm only 18 I even earned choice reward points for my stays! So, absolute total bullshit for somebody to waste there gas coming there when you have stayed times before just to find out their workers don't know how to do there job correctly!! Hotel manager was also very rude about the situation!!
My family and I stayed at this location in August of 2015 for 7 days while in town visiting family. They were in the process of renovating the hotel, so I look forward to the finished work! I was overall pleased with the room, the price and the hotel staff! We had to bring our dog with us and they were very respectful of her being in the room at times when we were not there! Due to the dog they would call to check if we needed anything instead of disturbing us by knocking. They were polite with both me and my husband as well as our children! We plan to stay at this location again in the future!
