1 Stars - I am a mother of 3. I traded in a surburban wit Jason n left with a 98 buick regal..bad idea...that car had more problems than i did an it cost mr 700.00 to FIX NOTHING. after finally conviencing Jason something was wrong after MANY attempts, he was willing to make a trade which lead me to problem #2. I ended up wit a park avenue test drove it checked it out n felt kinda ify about it but i felt like i had no choice, i asked Jason if i had any problems would he fix it...at this time not really wanting the car as it 208, miles, he said yes. I got the car n believe it or not it kept running hot n cutting off. I immediately called n texted Jason, the first time had no problems, he picked it up. Thinking he fixed my problem returned the car. A few days later it broke down again n again n again. This time reaching out to Jason was no success, now im stuck wit a car that need an engine,no other transportation n out of 3600.00. I got the car n may n only drove it two weeks. I do not recommend this carlot especially not to mothers.

1 Stars - Please help the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood fight illegal activity by boycotting this business. The owners of Abe's Motors (Abe and Jamal Darbashi) also own 1302 Pillow St. Since Dec 1, they have been renting it to people who are running it as an illegal venue, running shows till 3AM, selling beer, blaring live bands, etc.. This has led to narcotic and alcohol arrests and all-around chaos in an otherwise peaceful residential neighborhood.
Repeat attempts have been made to work with Abe and Jamal on this; they refuse to take action. In fact, when invited to come on the night of a show at midnight to witness the chaos for themselves, the response was "we go to bed at 10PM". How nice. Neighbors around their rental property would love to go to bed at 10! Instead, they are calling the police, chasing trespassers off their property, comforting their children, and trying to drown out live bands blaring into their homes well into the wee hours.
Please help honest, law-abiding, peaceful citizens address this problem by refusing to do business with Abe's Motors until the problem is addressed. If you would like further information on this issue, please email:
Thanks for reading.
PS: Should the Darbashis take action, this post will be updated accordingly.
5 Stars - Abe's was able to give very low price for a quality service. I sent my car for oil change for $10 by bringing my own oil, and $30 for for labor changing brake pads I bought at PEPboys. He is very honest and does not try to upsell you for other services you don't need. I would definitely send my car here for service.
