1 Stars - Service quality is very bad. Case 1: after the repair they forgot to put the screw back. Case 2, after the repair, dirty fingerprint is everywhere in my car. Case 3, I sent my car there for the same problem several times. Every time they told me the problem got resolved, but actually not after I took my car back. My car is less than 3 years old.
The service adviser is rude.
Sometimes there are un-explainable charges on the bill, so you must be very careful.
I will change to another dealer and never go back.
5 Stars - I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo from Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in September and it was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I have since been back to the dealership for scheduled maintenance and the product specialist I worked with, Cornelius Sullivan, remembered my name! It is the little touches like that from Cornelius and the entire staff that made and continue to make my dealings with them worthwhile. I have recommended Cornelius to several of my friends and some have purchased vehicles from him! I not only will never buy any other brand of vehicle, but I will go to no other specialist or dealership than Cornelius at Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
1 Stars - This is probably the worst Dealership experience you can have. A family member owns a dealership and we are aware of how car sales go. To be upfront, we shared with Eddie (the sales manager) that info. However, he assigned a sales rep "newbie" to "help us". They used really old sales tactics and tricks that could have been valid when the internet was not there. And despite knowing that we know the business, the newbie kept pushing, consulting with the sales manager Eddie who was trying to convince us that they are only making 500USD dollars extra on the invoice price. (they could not realize that a random person can figure out that Jeep has high holdbacks, incentives, and rebates that you can easily find on line) and jeeps usually sell below or at MSRP. Anyways, what pissed us off is the approach more than anything. They should train their manager and train their newbies to a better service.
5 Stars - Bought a 2015 Wrangler Sport S.
Bernard Howeth helped us on two separate occasions while we kicked the tires and looked around. He was very patient and attentive without putting any pressure on us. We drove several Wranglers before deciding on what we wanted and Bernard found us one and had it brought in.
We were given a brand new Wrangler to drive while we waited for ours to come in !!!
The time in the finance office was a no nonsense affair that went quickly as well.
The service department had our lift and tires on and the Jeep ready to go hours before I expected it to be ready.
5 Stars - First off, I want to say that I didn't buy a car. But as soon as I stepped into their office, I was politely greeted by a salesman, who, and this may be the first time I've ever experienced this, WASN'T PUSHY. Wow! His name was Bernard. Anyway, I am looking to buy a truck, as I work up north in the winters. I had initially thought that the RAM 1500 Express. He listened to what I needed it for, and then talked to me about the benefits of getting the Sport Crew instead. Long story short, that's the truck I want. Now it's just about convincing the wife!! Thanks a ton for all the help, the entire staff was super friendly. And thank you Bernard!!
