Andrews is the very best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of associating with. There is absolutely NO ONE at the dealership that does not place the customer first. Everyone is professional, courteous and caring!
Bridget is Amazing!!! She, along with the rest of your staff, made for an A+ experience and my SRX drives like new again. I have used Andrews for the past 15 years and have always gotten top-notch service.
This may be the best Cadillac dealership in the country, and my 2009 CTS is the best car I've ever owned (except for maybe my 1958 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible tri-power). It has 64,000 miles and looks great thanks to the wizards at Andrews Cadillac. It has all the equipment I need, gets decent mileage on the road (3.6 DI engine). The only mistake made was selling me this car because I'll probably never get rid of it :)
I brought in my Cadillac CTS because it had significant damage to the front and side due to a hit-and-run. I was impressed with the overall ease of service as well as with them providing me a ride to the nearby Enterprise for a rental car. I brought my car in on a Monday and received a call Tuesday afternoon that it was ready to be picked up! I was impressed with how quick the turn-around service was as well as with the professionalism of all staff involved. My car looks like it is brand new and couldn't have asked for more efficient and professional service.
The only thing that kept it a '4 star' as opposed to a '5 star'service was that I was surprised that Cadillac did not offer a courtsey vehicle (which, given the circumstances was not a huge inconvenience as my insurance covered a rental car) and think that would have been an added bonus. Further, on Andrew's Cadillac collision center website I read that all cars are "thoroughly cleaned" and although my car stays relatively clean and it looked as though it may have been vacuumed, by no means was it "thoroughly cleaned." Obviously, getting repairs at a dealership and owning a luxury brand car, repairs will be expensive. That being said, the repairs on my car was several hundred dollars over what I assumed it would cost and was surprised by how expensive it ended up being. However, my car was returned quickly and I can't even tell my car was ever even damaged.
Overall, I received excellent, professional, and hassel-free service and will definitely continue to use Andrew's Cadillac for future needs.
I purchased a 2013 SRX. The staff worked very hard to earn my business. Because I was most impressed with a particular color, they found one over 100 miles away and had it transported to Brentwood for me.
I was considering either a Lexus RX or Cadillac SRX. Andrews Cadillac was more attentive to me and most helpful. Furthermore, my wife & I kept track of the RXs we saw on the road and the SRXs we saw. We saw 11 RXs to 1 SRX which also helped me to decide not to get the common car but go for the special unique and beautiful Cadillac.

My girlfriend and I bought a great used new to us Avalon ! We have traveled all over the country in this car! Thanks to Mitch who treated my girlfriend fairly and respected her as a woman! To get financed for such an old car without a huge deposit ! How refreshing in the car business! I cruise by here all the time to see what their inventory is for my next car! I have never wrote a review before but I feel like this place deserved one. I was looking to purchase a newer Ford Edge 2011-2013 and found this place on craigslist (Just moved to TN). I arrived first thing in the morning when they opened for business, walked around the lot and was happy that I wasn't approached by eager salesmen. I had to go find someone myself once I was ready with questions. Walked into the office and met with Winston. He was very friendly approachable and asked if I wanted the keys to any car in the lot. I told him I was interested in the Ford Edge and he handed me the keys and said "We are no pressure here. Take a look, have fun. If you want to go out and test drive it, go ahead!". He also advised that I was able to go on a solo test drive and even have it checked out my a mechanic or body shop if I wanted to. I was blown away when I found this out. Very nice guy, nice place to do business. I didn't end up buying the edge there due to a few features that were missing that I was looking for, but recommend anyone else to give them a try. I found the car I wanted days later and purchased it elsewhere, but would have happily purchased with Autopro.
This dealership and the terrific owner, Wade, came highly recommended to me by customers who had been very happy with their dealings. I can't say enough good things about this business! I got a very fair financial deal, the SUV had been well taken-care of when it came in before it was available for sale, and after I bought the car they continued to be beyond helpful. I cannot imagine buying a car anywhere else in the future! A really women-as-buyers friendly atmosphere!
We had a fantastic experience with Autopro. After seeing a listing online, my wife first talked to Winston, who was very friendly and invited her in to see the car she's found. She went in and met Mitch (also very friendly), and he offered her the car for the day to see how she liked it. Impressed with the car and price, we took the car to a mechanic for a check-up and then decided to make the purchase. The process was quick, easy, and no-pressure, and Mitch was absolutely fantastic. We got a great car for less than Blue Book and couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be back at Autopro next time our family needs a car! Thanks y'all!
My wife and I found a Honda listed on their website that we were interested in test driving. We visited the Brentwood location and we were immediately greeted with a smile and a handshake by Winston. Within 5 minutes, we were test driving this vehicle and had a carfax in hand.. After returning the vehicle, the manager and Winston were very polite and informative about the car and buying process. We were never pressured and we never received any sales pitch or "car sales talk". I was extremely pleased with this business' professionalism, courtesy towards my wife, and overall performance throughout the process. We ultimately decided to buy the car. I will recommend anyone looking to buy a used vehicle to give these guys a shot, top notch ol' boy, top notch.
