Steven Brasseaux09/26/141 Stars - I have used these guys in the past with favorable results. However, this last time I simply went in for an alignment, and they spent a whole hour looking for things that were marginally bad, and on a 20 year old car they are not hard to find. And when I declined the repairs, they quickly dropped my car off the lift and said they were done. And my car still pulls to the right. This is exactly why I quit going to Firestone, where a visit for a simple oil change on a car with no problems suddenly turns in to a $1000 nightmare. Buyer beware.Luke Love01/07/141 Stars - They did the job correctly over a long period of time, but I certainly paid for it. Got my cooling system changed out for $1,700. After leaving the shop with the new repairs I had a warning light. I poked around the engine compartment and found a hose right next to the repairs I had done had been damaged (Very possibly by whomever did the work) .Took it to a BMW specialized shop that had very specialized knowledge of my vehicle. The new shop also gave me a quote for the same work I had Edmunds do and it was only $1,000..... $700 dollars cheaper and likley would have been done without costing me more problems. If you have a BMW go to SPEC Motorsports. If you have a big wallet go to Edmunds.Dan Bishop10/12/125 Stars - These guys have worked on cars for me and my wife since they opened. These guys are the best and very honest. I grew up in this town and was born here some fifty years ago and miss the small town way we used to do business. These guys remind me of those good ol' days. The best shop in town!Chris Roche07/02/141 Stars - Slow service and very overpriced.Andrea Ellis03/17/122 Stars - I have taken my cars here four or five times now, they always do a good job, but they take way too long. It took them three days to repair a window switch. This last time I took my car was early on a friday afternoon, they said they would have it diagnosed in half an hour. At five o'clock, I had to call them. They told me that they didn't have time to look at it, that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. I picked up my car, and won't be going back.
