1 Stars - If you are looking for a car, with 12 other men, at 11 o'clock at night - this is your place. If you want to spend hours or weeks "shopping for a car" on this tiny lot crammed with extremely questionable vehicles, by all means. Here's the place to shop. You and your thug friends (it does help to be a thug to shop here, they must give a discount to thugs because we've never seen a couple or a woman there) should wander the neighborhood because this booming "dealership" habitually has too many cars for its lot and they park them conveniently on the streets of the adjacent neighborhood.
The selection at All American Imports or Friendly Auto Center or Four Star Imports (those are the three names I think the business currently uses) is excellent if you are looking for one of four black oddly new looking premium vehicles with matching smashed windshields. (It must have been an interesting auction where they got those.) In addition to those four newish cars with minor cosmetic defects the "dealer" (have I put that in quotes enough???) has dozens of Previously Owned Sedans (P.O.S.s) If you need an 83 Tercel with recent primer, All American Imports won't disappoint.

5 Stars - friendly, fast, thorough and easy to deal with... good job everyone! Loved the online service scheduler and the text message updates. My service advisor was also very great and ensured I understood everything that was done to my car as well as all relevant charges (which in this case were none :-)
5 Stars - I recently had a routine service with MB Arlington. I had the best experience ever with doing the (mundane) task of maintaining my car. George Ayoub, my service rep, was wonderful. He was so helpful and professional and made this a really great experience. In addition, someone had backed into my car and left damage, but they were able to buff out the damage with no additional charge. And a bonus, my ankle was broken so I couldn't walk very well, so George called up the shuttle to take me home and pick me up while my car was getting serviced. Now THAT is great service. It reminded me of one of the reasons I bought a Mercedes in the first place. Being treated like a queen.
5 Stars - I've been going to a different Mercedes service center and by far MB of Arlington is exceptionally the best. As congested Arlington is, I like the fact that the service center has a lengthy drive way away from any other traffic. Everyone was very helpful. Kitt Cross is my service rep and he is always gets me back into my own car fast and efficient as possible.
4 Stars - Excellent service provided by Dan Moreau @ Mercedes Benz of Arlington on my three related warranty claims on my 2009 MB 550.
1. Replacement / repair of tires caused by pot hole damage
2. Replacement of windshield fluid system caused by extreme Feb 2015 low temperatures
3. Successfully negotiated a most reasonable resolution of a clouded / water filled head light with his MB of Arlington management. Core issue was extended warranty coverage of replacement of [very expensive] head light assembly
5 Stars - Better than I expected, the process really was easy and no pressure. Got a fantastic car and a very fair deal. Plus, they handled a problem with my trade-in vehicle that I doubted they would be able/willing to do. But no - did the deal no problem. Highly recommend the Arlington MB pre-owned store!
