I was in the dealership last weekend and they were super busy. While browsing the lot Patrick approached me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and easy to talk to! He showed me a few different options on the lot and we took a test drive. I really liked the ride but I could not find what I was looking for price wise. Patrick was a great help and was not pushy at all when I said I would have to consider it. I would recommend anyone that stops in ask for Patrick, he was a great help!
I could probably write a book, but i'll summarize the best way possible.
- I worked a deal with the sales manager, thought everything was lined up, drove 5 hours to take delivery of the car, they sold it the day before.
-No other cars comparable on the lot to exchange.
- Sales manager i worked deal with was not even there when i arrived, never mentioned he was off. Even when i texted him that AM to give him my ETA.
- Essentially drove 5 hours for nothing.
-Instead of transferring plates they put in for completely new ones, just created more hassle on the back end.
-Somehow they were able to work a deal to get sold vehicle back.
-They made good on the deal and drove all the way to NC to deliver
-Patrick was great, good guy to deal with and went out of his way to fix other guys screw up.
-Got a way better deal than i could have gotten locally.
Overall, because ive hassle factor, probably wouldn't buy here again.
Had a great experience with the team. Marcus Fitzgerald went above and beyond as my salesman, ensuring I had everything I needed -- even as the completion of the sale went late into the night. And Melvin in Finance was very thorough and attentive making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Worth the 6hr round trip drive -- as I got to drive home in my "new to me" Subaru!
I have been dealing with Fair Oaks Jeep (they sell some other brands too but it is a Jeep dealer to me) for a couple of years now. The after hours service is great and Mike the service advisor is awesome. They have taken excellent care of my 2005 Grand Cherokee.
I have been shopping around for a newer used Grand Cherokee for a few months. I met my salesperson Patrick about a month ago. He was very laid back and let me look as long as I wanted. He knew I was not anxious to buy a new Jeep but just looking and waiting for the right one to show up.
Well this weekend I found it. A beautiful 2012 Grand Cherokee that was just about perfect for me. Patrick never pushed me to any vehicle just because they had it on the lot. He let me shop and compare to my hearts content. Once I found it and made up my mind he made the process easy and quick.
I could not be happier with all of my experiences at Fair Oaks Jeep. Everyone I have dealt with there has been courteous and professional but Patrick in sales and Michael in service are absolute aces!
I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey from here. After a few months, the gas gauge had some issues, which they knew was an on going problem in the Journeys. I took it in for repair, they fixed it and then a couple weeks later, it had the same issue. They ended up having my car for 3 weeks and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They were pretty apathetic towards me and the situation. I ended up contacting Dodge HQ and took the Journey to another dealership to be fixed. Guess what?!! The piece that was broken was the same piece FairOaks said they replaced. I never went back to them again, until I sold my Journey and needed to cancel my extended warranty. Again, completely apathetic and even tried to get me to buy a new car. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Hopefully they will get some employees that care and aren't just nice because they want the sale. We just bought our 2nd VW and did the same with the same dealership we bought our first one from because the staff there was phenomenal, so FairOaks lost a customer for life. Bummer...
