2 Stars - I have a Civic Si. I love the car. It has everything I need plus great gas mileage! I am thrilled about my purchase! I am so happy that Warfa was an awesome salesman and knew exactly what I would want! Thank you Warfa and all at Bill Page Honda!

My negative opinion is below.
I am still pretty happy with Bill Page Honda besides the fact that no one forwarded me the information from the DMV that was sent to Honda concerning replacing my tags (decal stickers). I spoke to like 10 people at Bill Page over a week period who dont know who to talk to about this. I was finally given the name of Sheena who takes care of these type of DMV issues. Sheena told me that the DMV made the mistake of sending this information to Honda. This is NOT the case. Honda (is responsible for sending letters to their clients concerning their cars) should have forwarded me the letter that was sent to Honda in my name. I am now dealing with a $50.00 ticket on my car and a $10 late fee for not replacing my tags on time. I find this extremely ridiculous!!! I am rather upset as well that Honda has not offered to pay for the ticket because they should have sent the letter in the mail to me so I would be notified that I needed to get my tags updated. This is my first car, first year Ive owned it. No one explained to me that I would be needing to do this through the DMV. I am rather upset about this issue and I would like if Warfa would call me back about this.
5 Stars - I had a very positive experience purchasing a used car at Bill Page. I worked with Sayed and he was a very helpful and kind salesman. Pressure was low, and although there was a little deliberation on my trade value, when I iterated the value I wanted and why, the deal was closed shortly thereafter. I would purchase from here again.
2 Stars - I am trying to purchase a new 2015 Honda Pilot. I did my homework if you will and know about the car. The price is good, but the way a sales person presented me with 4 Wheel-Locks and MudGuards for $595 as a preliminary invoice is a totally rip-off. I know they are trying to make every dollar they could from any customer who walks in.
No matter what you do, you as a consumer, you will be paying more than what any sales person would say. I understand this is his/her livelihood; however, when you try to deceive you in your face, I just don't know what you would call it. We as potential customers of any dealership, you make a call wisely. It is your hard-earned money!
5 Stars - I Have had some bad experiences in dealerships, but Bill Page Honda is a gem. We purchased a new Honda Accord last year for thousands less than competitors could offer (Arlington, Tyson's Corner and as far away as Richmond). It was a great and easy sales experience. We've been to their new facility a couple of times for maintenance and the Service Department has been great. The car is always ready before I want it. Also, they will provide a courtesy shuttle to/from the Falls Church metro and are open early to late hours. I highly recommend this dealership.
5 Stars - Raquel was amazingly helpful!! My mom bought an Accord and Bill Page gave her the best price in the area. My Ford was rear-ended and totaled and looking for a new car for me was just a mess. Then I went to Bill Page as well and they took care of me so well I bought the new Pilot the same day I test drove one. I love my new car! Thank you Bill Page.

5 Stars - I received customer service from the service department that went above and beyond today. I had a CD jam in my superbly expensive radio. It was going to cost thousands to replace because it included the GPS screen. Moji contacted Toyota on my behalf and was able to replace the radio. I have been a long time Bill Page customer, and they have always been helpful, but this experience was amazing! Thanks!

5 Stars - I haven't had a car in years because I thought I didn't need it living near the metro. Thousands of dollars later spent on Enterprise, Zipcar and cabs, I realized I need a car again. Cecil is the best, HONEST, car salesman I've ever met. I leased a brand new, Toyota Corolla-S which is surprisingly "sporty" but is still environmental and budget friendly! While doing the paperwork I was observing other sales persons in the lobby and they were all taking good care of their customers. This place is very professional and yet "personable" too. When I went in this week to get my 5000 miles service, I made sure to look for Cecil just to say hi and to thank him again. Buy and lease here--don't go elsewhere!
1 Stars - I contacted the Bill Page service department when I moved to Virginia and needed to get inspections for my 2010 Prius as part of applying for VA license plates. Their service agent gave me incorrect advice that I required an emissions inspection, an assertion that was later corrected by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. When I contacted Bill Page to let them know I was misled by their staff, they were unhelpful and defensive. I have now become a loyal customer at Koons Toyota, and have been very happy with the accurate and efficient service I receive at Koons.
1 Stars - dont ever go here. I got transferred to service. the service advisor spoke so fast i couldnt even catch their name, didnt come close to answering my question and just proceeded to transfer me to a voicemail. It took me 5 minutes to find out I will never visit bill page toyota.
1 Stars - I was vastly overcharged for both parts and labor- replaced two air fuel sensors at a charge of $309.33 per part- same parts (OEM) online are a *MAX* of $197.00. The labor was $625 to replace them both, a job described on-line as "easy"- which amounts to $200 per hour. In short- a complete rip-off!
