2 Stars - I am trying to purchase a new 2015 Honda Pilot. I did my homework if you will and know about the car. The price is good, but the way a sales person presented me with 4 Wheel-Locks and MudGuards for $595 as a preliminary invoice is a totally rip-off. I know they are trying to make every dollar they could from any customer who walks in.
No matter what you do, you as a consumer, you will be paying more than what any sales person would say. I understand this is his/her livelihood; however, when you try to deceive you in your face, I just don't know what you would call it. We as potential customers of any dealership, you make a call wisely. It is your hard-earned money!
5 Stars - I Have had some bad experiences in dealerships, but Bill Page Honda is a gem. We purchased a new Honda Accord last year for thousands less than competitors could offer (Arlington, Tyson's Corner and as far away as Richmond). It was a great and easy sales experience. We've been to their new facility a couple of times for maintenance and the Service Department has been great. The car is always ready before I want it. Also, they will provide a courtesy shuttle to/from the Falls Church metro and are open early to late hours. I highly recommend this dealership.
5 Stars - First class service. I brougt my Honda Civic in for evaluation of potential issue. The issue was fixed and the service advisors and technicians took the time to explain everything. Absolutely the best dealer maintenance operation I have ever encountered.
1 Stars - Do not buy a pre-owned car!!!
Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and magically, sometime after 1 month, serious oil leaks developed. Took the car back to Bill Page, for it's 6 month check up, and was told that they "couldn't tell where the leaks were coming from," conveniently enough. I was told to take the car down the road to an unaffiliated repair place, and that they would "help me on this." Help turned out to be $100, toward a $1000 repair bill. The oil leaks were serious enough to compromise the timing belt, and could have caused serious, if not irreparable, engine damage. I'll give Bill Page the benefit of the doubt, and assume that all of the leaks were not apparent at the time of sale. Granted, I did not have a warranty on the vehicle. However, when alerted of the problem, not offering to find the leaks, and being unwilling to provide more than $100, smacks of a back alley dealership.
5 Stars - i purchased a Honda Accord with a great deal from Mr. Eric Bauer. A very professional and excellent sale person.

1 Stars - I contacted the Bill Page service department when I moved to Virginia and needed to get inspections for my 2010 Prius as part of applying for VA license plates. Their service agent gave me incorrect advice that I required an emissions inspection, an assertion that was later corrected by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. When I contacted Bill Page to let them know I was misled by their staff, they were unhelpful and defensive. I have now become a loyal customer at Koons Toyota, and have been very happy with the accurate and efficient service I receive at Koons.
1 Stars - dont ever go here. I got transferred to service. the service advisor spoke so fast i couldnt even catch their name, didnt come close to answering my question and just proceeded to transfer me to a voicemail. It took me 5 minutes to find out I will never visit bill page toyota.
4 Stars - I had an issue which seemed impossible to solve and threatened to derail my decade long relationship with Bill Page. Manager Johnny Kim (sp) got involved and resolved it. I will return to Bill Page for my next auto purchase, making me a five-time Bill Page Toyota customer. Thanks Johnny.
1 Stars - I'm recently returned to the area after many years away. When I lived here I always had my service done at Bill Page. When I had a minor problem with a headlight, I called and asked if someone could take a look. I was told I should be there before 5:30, so I left work early and made it by 4:30. It took 10 minutes to get someone's attention, and then I was told they were busy, I should come back tomorrow. I understand that they clearly have enough business and don't need mine, but I'm still disappointed to be treated this way. I'd have been fine coming a day later, but not after being told to come right away....
1 Stars - BE AWARE OF SCAM!!!! They will kiss your butt to sell the car and it seems like you are getting a good deal, but make sure you read EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGN ANYTHING!!!. We were being told that they will give discount on certain products and on the car, but when I checked the finance paper at home, they charged everything full price and added all kinds of fees. When I spoke to salesman (Kwang Kim) and manager they said " why are you bring this up now?" when it has been only about a week......
When we negotiated the price, we set it for certain amount and we were being told that it includes everything such as delivery fee, processing fees and plates but in the paper they included again...
If it was different by little bit I would let it go, but the difference was over $3000....
When you buy a car from them make sure bring a CALCULATOR with you!!!! and READ EVERYTHING before you SIGN.
Even though they said its 0% interest when you sit down and start calculating it's not 0% interest, its more like 2% interest because they will charge you delivery fee twice and and add unreasonable fees without explanations. If I knew this was gonna happened I wouldn't have gone to THIS DEALERSHIP.... I've had 4 Toyota cars before but this is the treatment I get???.
Special Thank you to BILL PAGE TOYOTA because of you guys, I will never buy Toyota again, I just wanted to the royal customer to Toyota but You Guys RUINED it.
