Bill Carr04/17/154 Stars - First service experience on my pre-owned Nissan, needed inspection, oil change, and tire inflation.......all free, no charge, and took just about the amount of time they said it would. Highly recommended. BTW, this is the very first time I've spent an hour at an auto service dept, and was charged nothing !Robert Foster11/06/141 Stars - My wife's Fit was part of a safety recall for a power window master switch repair. We made an appointment on a Monday for a Wednesday afternoon. I dropped the car off at the service bay and about 45 minutes later a representative came out and informed me, "I'm sorry, but we don't have the part for the recall. You'll have to come back at another time." Needless to say I was livid. I let them know that this was unacceptable. I made an appointment two days earlier and now they were saying they didn't have the part? I left very angry. Then, the next day my wife informed me that the power door locks weren't working. They'd been working fine before we dropped the car off. This is my take on the situation. Either the mechanic inadvertently disconnected the power lock mechanism while he was looking inside the door or he damaged it and realizing it he decided to cover his ass and put out the story that they didn't have the part just to get me out of the shop.Tyler E Smart02/21/151 Stars - In college I dropped off a '94 Accord there for repair. I got it back and the back right wheel whined every time I slowed down. Took it back to them and they said it would need a roughly $1k complete brake repair. The person on the phone said something like "I am looking at the part right now that needs to be replaced!" Said no thanks, took it to a friend who tightened the lug nut on the back right tire and made the sound go away.Hillary Stewart08/08/145 Stars - Overall, our experience was the best one we have ever had buying a vehicle from a dealership. We got exactly what we wanted for a fair price without any fuss. We live in town and Williamsburg Honda has a really great reputation. It doesn’t feel like an all-business dealership because most of the people have been working there for years, which is rare. It really feels like a hometown car dealer. After I gave birth to our twins, my husband and I knew that our Subaru and Volvo just couldn’t fit everyone! We test drove lots of SUV's because we couldn’t dream of buying a minivan. Seriously, my husband and I could not picture ourselves driving one. Just the thought was dreadful! We needed to have plenty of room for the twins, our 8 year old, a black Labrador and maybe a parent or two. After test driving and even taking home lots of SUV’s, we decided to at least look at minivans because while some of the SUV’s were huge, it seemed impractical to have standard doors and less trunk space than a minivan. Yes, I know what you are thinking- our thinking shifted to practical! We test drove lots minivans and once we took home the Odyssey Touring Elite, we were sold! The real differences were subtle but important. We had created a detailed spreadsheet to compare the specs and focused on the interior space of every vehicle we test drove. Once you start thinking about leg room, interior headroom, and trunk dimensions and cubic feet, you get obsessed with the numbers! The Odyssey had more functional room than any other vehicle we were interest in buying. We choose the Touring Elite because it had the widescreen rear entertainment system, blind spot information system, premium audio system and these incredible high-intensity headlights (everyone needs these) . My husband is in sales and was prepared to haggle a little. We even considered looking at other dealerships outside of Williamsburg. Well, it turned out that is wasn’t necessary at all. We got a great price without any trouble at all so we even added a few extras like a roof rack with crossbars & mud guards. Billy Haynes, who was our salesperson, really took time to answer all of our questions and explain all of the features of the Odyssey. He was fantastic and like a live Wikipedia! I don’t want to forget Mariester, our internet rep who introduced us to Billy. We also met with the sales manager, Chris Robinson who was really easy going and helpful. Thanks for making our buying experience easy. We are really enjoying our adventures!Philip Dawson12/24/141 Stars - I had a very brief interaction with Williamsburg Honda and it left a very sour taste. I know they are a car dealership and a business that needs to make money, but don't ever expect them to have true loyalty to you or any other customer. The dollar is their mantra, not customer respect nor long term relationships. Even if you've been a loyal customer for over a decade as my mother has been, they will let you down.
