Called in looking for a specific item, but I was informed that they don't inventory their stock and that they have a pick-and-pull system in their salvage yard. I showed up, the owner pointed me in the right direction and let me browse at my leisure and as soon as I had found what I was looking for, I brought it inside and the owner made a price quote which I felt was fair and promptly purchased the item. Overall, pretty laid back buying experience with friendly people. I will come again if I need something else.
Good service but they want way too much for used parts. They want $20 for a used CDI box that can be purchased new online for $10, but after all they're the only place in town to buy used parts.
When I first called Allen's Cycle, I didn't know enough about my motorcycle to even ask questions correctly. They've always been patient and helpful.
Very helpful and knowledgeable

Called to discuss a motorcycle purchase and my trade. Gary called me back and offered $2055 for my bike which is 600 to 750 dollars less than trade in value for my bike and swore that was what nada stated my trade was worth. Well nada and kelley blue book for my bike both state a range between 2600 and 2800 dollars. And I had been offered 2600 at another dealer already who showed me nada on his computer. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If your gonna lie to somebody after telling them you already have done your research and had it appraised then you just don't want to earn someone's business and you want to steal their property from them to line their own pockets. I would recommend steering clear of this company and/or making sure you do your research and keep them honest. Gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.
This place rocks! The salesman Gary was very helpful and waited around all day for me to get my financing figured out. Scott the owner is very down to earth and after I waited all day to hear from the bank just to get told I had to wait till 9AM the next day he let me go out on a cruise in my new Slingshot. If you want to buy somewhere you will feel at home and get beyond helpful customer service then this place is where you should go!
Thanks again Gary and Scott!
I've bought 3 motorcycles, each from different dealers. Spokane Powersports is, by far, the best. My salesman, Allen, was so incredibly knowledgeable and he succeeded in directing me to the perfect bike. He gave my son some advice about his bike (he knew so much about every bike we talked about!) that he was able to upgrade his exhaust by himself. Won't go anywhere but here from now on! Thank you!
i have been riding since 3 years old. and these people have been here for the past 17 years helping me out!! I have 3 bikes and they know my name and all 3 bikes! its awesome here. I asked one guy for blinker fluid and he joked back with me and we laughed for a good 15 minuets going back and fourth calling exhaust plugs exhaust bearings and fork oil blinker fluid hahah its great everyones kind and I get the right parts EVERY time I go there
Buyers beware!!!!!! They charge 500.00 for freight, 200.00 for set up and 150.00 for documentation fee, these are fees that are tacked on after the price of the bike, state taxes, and license plates and state registration. Lets break this down, 500.00 for shipping............ when they buy their bikes they get shipped as a load so on average each boxed bike is going to ship for approx 150.00 or so I am thinking but I am no professional here. 200.00 for set up.......... the shop rate cannot be 100.00 an hour based on it takes 2 hours to uncrate and put together an assembled bike, or maybe honda is sending them unassembled bikes maybe???? This next one is my favorite one 150.00 for doc fee or documentation...... now remember this is not the license and registration fee, documentation fee is, "Here pay me to do 10 minutes of paperwork because I am allowing you to buy something from me" FEE. Granted these are the costs of doing business, now when I goto the home depot and buy a 2X4 do they charge me the freight multiplied by 8 on top of the item price and then charge me for the time to stack it inside by one of the employees and then charge a fee for ringing it up and giving me a reciept and running my card through the terminal???
So bottom line they take the cost of doing business multiply it by 10 and then charge us for it like they are doing us a favor. Spokane PowerSports was unwilling to budge on any of these numbers not to mention they said that they were making no money on the deal due to discounting the price of the bike, well that discount was Honda Bucks. Soooooo Honda reimburses the dealership that 1000.00 dollars, so losing money I think not. Trust me they are not losing money on any of the deals otherwise they would not be in business, so lets think about things here. Watchout for the shells games of discounting here but adding it somewhere else. Kind of like the one for you but two for me thing.
Spokane powersports lied about the honda bucks and were unwilling to lower their fees to a tolerable rate that is more in line of the actual cost of doing business.
Called CDA HONDA, they quoted an out the door price with non of the crap added in, purchased bike there instead great buying experience.
Have some fun, get a quote and breakdown from Spokane powersports then call CDA honda and get theirs, you WILL save money between the prices due to one is inflated with overpriced fees and the other is not. SO save yourself 1000.00 and refuse to pay those fees.
