1 Stars - If you need a service department...keep looking. I have a Lexus and needed a dealer to diagnose a problem. Without going into a description of my car's issue, let me assure you it was not major. In the end there was no actual work done because they didn't have the part. I sat in their waiting room from 10:00am-5:00pm. I had an appointment. I'm not sure when they decided to finally look at my car but 5 hours later, at 3:00pm they showed me the part I needed. Am I to believe it took them 5 hours to look at my car? I do not believe it. I think they are trained to avoid direct answers about what they are actually doing. I spoke to the service manager, Frank Russo, before I left to express my concerns about the service I received. He said "That's how things turn out sometimes" Really? That's how you deal with a customer complaint? I asked him why he wasn't interested into looking into my concern. He said, " Well, it's Friday afternoon and I need to get my employees home" Really?? I sat there all day! Shouldn't the service manager get involved when a person is in the waiting room for 8 hours? He totally blew me off and really did not care. I love my Lexus vehicle but I Hate Love Lexus of Saint Albans. They are a good reason to avoid a Lexus in the future. NOT worth the bad treatment.
