Marie Hemming03/31/155 Stars - The instructors are amazing and very good at giving kind adjustments while still encouraging you to explore. I've been practicing yoga and visited many studios. I feel so strongly about how happy I am with my practice there that I've finally reviewed a studio. Thanks Inner Fire ♡The Rock12/14/141 Stars - The harsh lighting and loud music don't make for a great experience. Very distracting to have the classes taught in front of massive windows for the public to see. Mirrors would have been a better option. The classes here can barely be called yoga. They also overcrowd to the point its uncomfortable.Anna W02/10/151 Stars - I've been doing yoga for a while, and decided to try out Inner Fire Yoga (west side location) since they are relatively close to my house and have the $30 first month trial offer. Unfortunately, I will not be taking advantage of my month of unlimited yoga. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but that is about where the positives end. The yoga room smelled like ammonia upon walking in. The room was EXTREMELY overcrowded, the lighting was weirdly harsh, the music was awful and loud, and there is a big window to the lobby, which is extremely distracting. I found my mind wandering during the class, wishing that it would end sooner. I left the yoga class glad that it was over. My experience might have been an outlier, as it was my first time there, but I will not be returning to find out whether or not that is the case.Anthony Bradshaw02/03/154 Stars - Having been a monthly member at a few studios now, I can say Inner Fire gives me the best workout. Classes seem to progress quickly. My ONLY gripe is the occasional inappropriate soundtrack during sessions... I'm here to focus on my breathing, not listen to pop idols wail into my ears!Sary L06/02/141 Stars - Inner Fire is missing the point. I attended one class here and felt less than welcome. My instructor Darlene wore a flashy expensive outfit and made judgmental comments to multiple students. Her ego was apparent throughout the class, she didn't smile, and immediately after finishing our savasana she began promoting another class she was teaching a few days out. Unsettling. I wouldn't recommend this studio to individuals that are genuine in their intentions. This place is more into the "idea" of yoga than the actual practice.
