5 Stars - I worked with Colin when I brought my 2009 MDX in for a scheduled maintenance. In addition to the standard maintenance I had a list of questions and concerns in which Colin did an excellent job following up with. He walked me through their findings and provided a clear explaination of the work completed and why. I travel from the Appleton area to have my maintenance completed here....that is how confident and comfortable I am with the workmanship provided by Acura of Brookfield. Thanks Colin! Nice Job!
February 20015 - I have continued to have my service completed by Acura of Brookfield for the past 6 years (since I purchased my Acura MDX) even though I live in the Appleton area. The customer service surpasses any other experience I've had with other dealerships during my car buying years. Gary, the most recent service rep I worked with did an excellent job of explaining needed work and continued to keep me up to date on the progress. I feel confident in their maintenance assessments and recommendations. The waiting area provides space to do work and/or to just relax in comfort while reading or watching TV. Thank-you for your excellent customer service!!!
5 Stars - I was in need of a larger vehicle for my family and Acura of Brookfield helped me tremendously! Most pleasant car buying experience ever! All the folks at the dealership are great, special thanks to Dave Casebolt and Ben Mortimer for all or your help! My salesperson Bob Castelli was excellent throughout the entire process, he is incredibly knowledgeable and very down to earth.. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Acura of Brookfield's service and quality on new and certified pre-owned cars are second to none. I will most certainly be buying my next vehicle at Acura of Brookfield
5 Stars - I purchased Acura ILX Hybrid from this dealership. This is the best car purchase experience I had. Right from the moment I made the first call to the dealership till I walked out with the car it was hassle free. The sales person I dealt with was Bob, and his customer service attitude was exemplary.
5 Stars - I bought my first Acura (a 2006 RSX) from Tony Serksnys at Acura of Brookfield in 2006. My husband and I have been extremely satisfied with our car and with the service we have received at Acura of Brookfield whenever we've brought our car in for service. We are impressed that Tony remembers our names and always takes the time to stop and say "Hi" whenever we bring our car in for service. We have been so impressed with Tony and with Acura of Brookfield that we decided to purchase a new car (a 2014 TSX) from Tony a week ago. Again, we were impressed with the personal attention we received throughout the purchasing process. Tony has been attentive to any questions we have had about our new car. We highly recommend Tony and Acura of Brookfield.

1 Stars - I must say this a beautiful dealership from the outside, but full of snakes on the inside. When we arrived a salesman did greet us promptly outside, ( Tom Piontkowski ), while we were looking at the car. My husband and I did take the car for a test drive. My husband did like the car, but as we talked about the price and trade in I knew this was not the dealership for us. First let me say I am active duty US ARMY and have served proudly for over 15 years, and I NEVER been shown the level of DISRESPECT that I was shown EVER by Tom. First he didn't even ask if we had a trade in and just assumed because I had a check from USAA (my bank) to purchase the car that it was just an preapproval and not an actual check. He began to tell me my USAA check was like a Capital One check. (WRONG) I told him I was just like a cash buyer and I have been with USAA for over 13 years and purchased several cars with USAA, but he kept telling me I was preapproved and not approved!!! (I guess because I was a BLACK FEMALE, HE ASSUMED I HAD BAD CREDIT AND COULDN'T ATTAIN APPROVED FINANCING.) In fact I was APPROVED to purchase a car up to $55K from ANY where I wanted, so as we negotiated the price and got to the trade in part, I told him wait, I do have a trade in. He then snatches the paper from in front of me, scratches out the price and says with an attitude," This price is not negotiable; I need the keys to get a trade in value on the car." Tom comes to us with a trade in that was NO where acceptable for me considering I checked the value on three different websites before we got there. He takes the trade in value and subtracts in from the car value (writing this on paper) and says this is total for the car plus what is left on trade in. He told me with an attitude,"nobody would want my car because it is RWD and has over 90,000 miles." He then comes back with almost $1500 difference for trade in, but we still were not close. My husband said he would sleep on it and left. He called two days later and spoke to Ron about the car and said he would go ahead and do the deal and just put $5K down. He asked to do a deposit to hold the car until Saturday because he works until 9 PM during the week. Ron INSISTED my husband didn't need to put a deposit down because no one else was looking at the car. Saturday comes, we call Ron to tell him we are coming to get the car and RON says it sold this morning! My husband says you told me I didn't need to put down a deposit because no one was looking at it, "AND his exact words were, " THAT'S HOW IT GOES." I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY ME AND HUSBAND WERE TREATED LIKE THIS. I do believe if we were ANOTHER RACE, things would have been a lot different. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone!!!!
2 Stars - I currently own a 2006 Cadillac SUV. I have been thinking of upgrading, So my daughter and I went to Crest to drive a newer model and I was denied a test drive. I am a bit confused as to why I was refused a test drive. I sold cars for 10 years and I never refused anyone a test drive. I really feel like I got discriminated against. I bought my current car from them about 5 years ago, I will buy another soon and it will not be from Crest
5 Stars - I have purchased four different Cadillac's at Crest. And each time I received Excellent service from my Salesman Lonnie P. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/Used Cadillac to start at Crest.

5 Stars - My husband and I recently purchased a 2010 SRX from Crest and couldn't be happier! The customer service was outstanding. The sales team answered all of our questions and were very patient while we considered our purchase. They were also very accommodating to our special requests when scheduling delivery. We have already recommended Crest to numerous friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. As a side note, our SRX is an amazing vehicle and we are very pleased with our decision to purchase it.
