5 Stars - I have been an AoB customer for over 10 years and 2 vehicles now. Often I like to do the routine maintenance myself, but sometimes there just isn't enough time. Colin always does a great job of keeping me informed what's going on with my car and getting things done. The staff have all always been very friendly and courteous. Stuart was very easy to work with on the sales side. It's a very solid experience pretty much every time I go over there for something. Thank you!
5 Stars - I have had a consistent high level of satisfaction with Acura products beginning with the Legend and later the TL and then RDX and now the RLX Hybrid. I've been pleased by the sales and service staff of Acura of Brookfield and recently had the opportunity to use the service of having my car picked up for routine service from my home in Mequon while being given a loaner.. This is the next best thing to having a North Shore Acura dealership.

5 Stars - This place is the best - yes, you pay for it, but the service is awesome. They seem to treat everyone well, even if you have a beater. I guess Hondas and Acuras last so long in general that they probably have a lot of older ones in there! Anyway, I appreciate their professionalism. I don't feel bad having them diagnose a problem and then fixing the problem myself if I can, either, because they charge fairly for their time and estimates. So no one's doing any work for free, which I prefer so I don't have to feel bad about wasting anyone's time. I ventured into the sales arena to check out a new lease and I think the sales guy was the least smarmy car salesman I've ever met. He was really helpful and went off to get an answer for me and came back with useful input. He wasn't pushy in the least.
If you're on the fence, I can't tell you if you should fix that annoying rattle or if you should buy an Acura, but I can tell you I don't think you can do any better than this dealership.
5 Stars - We really like our new Acura RDX! We were treated in a professional and very friendly manner by all that we met in the dealership. We are confident that our continued experience with Acura of Brookfield will be great. We enjoyed Rich Bravata's style of selling and will tell our friends about our excellent experience. Rich is very knowledgeable and quite patient. It was a pleasure dealing with him!

5 Stars - I stopped in Crest to obtain information for a lease. The salesman who met me was Tom P. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the model(s) I am contemplating. He presented several option choices for me. I can honestly say Tom is an exceptional salesperson. I will be returning to see him when I am ready to move forward.
1 Stars - I went to Crest Cadillac because there was a used ATS I was interested in. I had a later model Infiniti that I wanted to use as a trade in. I disclosed all the flaws and issues with the car along with pictures a few days before. When I arrived, I offered the keys for the Infiniti to my salesperson, Tom Piontkowski, so they could look it over. He declined, then we test drove the car and negotiated a price for the new car and the trade in.
We were all set to fill out all the paperwork for the transaction, then Tom reneged on the amount for the trade in and gave me a low-ball offer, citing the issues on the Infiniti which I already disclosed to him days before.
Unless you enjoy games and dishonest salespeople, I would avoid this place.
1 Stars - I must say this a beautiful dealership from the outside, but full of snakes on the inside. When we arrived a salesman did greet us promptly outside, ( Tom Piontkowski ), while we were looking at the car. My husband and I did take the car for a test drive. My husband did like the car, but as we talked about the price and trade in I knew this was not the dealership for us. First let me say I am active duty US ARMY and have served proudly for over 15 years, and I NEVER been shown the level of DISRESPECT that I was shown EVER by Tom. First he didn't even ask if we had a trade in and just assumed because I had a check from USAA (my bank) to purchase the car that it was just an preapproval and not an actual check. He began to tell me my USAA check was like a Capital One check. (WRONG) I told him I was just like a cash buyer and I have been with USAA for over 13 years and purchased several cars with USAA, but he kept telling me I was preapproved and not approved!!! (I guess because I was a BLACK FEMALE, HE ASSUMED I HAD BAD CREDIT AND COULDN'T ATTAIN APPROVED FINANCING.) In fact I was APPROVED to purchase a car up to $55K from ANY where I wanted, so as we negotiated the price and got to the trade in part, I told him wait, I do have a trade in. He then snatches the paper from in front of me, scratches out the price and says with an attitude," This price is not negotiable; I need the keys to get a trade in value on the car." Tom comes to us with a trade in that was NO where acceptable for me considering I checked the value on three different websites before we got there. He takes the trade in value and subtracts in from the car value (writing this on paper) and says this is total for the car plus what is left on trade in. He told me with an attitude,"nobody would want my car because it is RWD and has over 90,000 miles." He then comes back with almost $1500 difference for trade in, but we still were not close. My husband said he would sleep on it and left. He called two days later and spoke to Ron about the car and said he would go ahead and do the deal and just put $5K down. He asked to do a deposit to hold the car until Saturday because he works until 9 PM during the week. Ron INSISTED my husband didn't need to put a deposit down because no one else was looking at the car. Saturday comes, we call Ron to tell him we are coming to get the car and RON says it sold this morning! My husband says you told me I didn't need to put down a deposit because no one was looking at it, "AND his exact words were, " THAT'S HOW IT GOES." I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY ME AND HUSBAND WERE TREATED LIKE THIS. I do believe if we were ANOTHER RACE, things would have been a lot different. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone!!!!
2 Stars - I currently own a 2006 Cadillac SUV. I have been thinking of upgrading, So my daughter and I went to Crest to drive a newer model and I was denied a test drive. I am a bit confused as to why I was refused a test drive. I sold cars for 10 years and I never refused anyone a test drive. I really feel like I got discriminated against. I bought my current car from them about 5 years ago, I will buy another soon and it will not be from Crest
5 Stars - I have purchased four different Cadillac's at Crest. And each time I received Excellent service from my Salesman Lonnie P. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new/Used Cadillac to start at Crest.
