Service is Always 5 - Star! I'm always greeted with a smile, handshake or both, by my service rep, receptionist, or whomever! I am a loyal Bergstrom Customer, and will continue to be! I also highly recommend Bergstrom to all my family and friends! Keep up the outstanding service!
Our salesman Brian was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We dealt with the Manager-Steve, of the dealership and we really thought he did a great job too. They work with you, and tried to get us the best deal they could. I would recommend friends and family to Bergstrom GM in Oshkosh WI.
6/13/2014 My daughter made an appointment for accident assessment damage. She waited the required week for an appointment, and then brought the vehicle in. She had hit a tail gate which flew off a truck on HWY 41 which then smashed her rim and made her tire go flat. She did not know what else might have gotten damaged because of the hit.
Andrew stood near the car and said that the rim was bad and the tire was flat. He didn't even look underneath the car. And that was that.
What if something else like the control arm would have been just hanging there with a prayer....Andrew would not have know that....nor would my daughter. The car would be a risk on the road.
Bergstrom is not a care repair establishment. It is ONLY a car sales place. You purchase a car and give them your money and that is that. Anything else....don't bother with them because there isn't any kind of real servicing. The servicing is a charade and a total joke. (One star is too many. It should be NO STARS. )
My STS Cadillac was recently brought in to Bergstom's of Oshkosh for new Michelin tires. The quote was lower in price than the tire store that I normally frequent by a considerable amount. The price included alignment, balancing, and Bergstrom's famous complimentary car wash. The tires run very smoothly and I'm very satisfied. More importantly, I know that if I had a concern or problem, the Bergstrom Service Team would make it right.
As a first-time car buyer I was hesitant in all aspects in the car-buying process but PAUL HENNELL made my first-time buying a car an EXCELLENT experience! He was very professional but still down-to-earth. He answered all of my questions quickly and direct. PAUL HENNELL IS THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you are thinking about buying a car from this Bergstrom location I would highly recommended Paul. Since I did not have car insurance walking into the dealership Paul even let me use his own computer to allow me search for the lowest rate, use his printer, and put me in contact with an insurance agent who provided me with information on the amount of coverage I would need despite the fact that I did not even buy coverage from that agent. Overall, Paul made my first experience of buying a car a rewarding experience and post-purchase I am more than happy with my decision to buy from Bergstrom. On financing: Steve Sauer was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He explained all contracts and documents in layman's terms while maintaining a professional tone. Steve explained every signature and financial figure in the documents/contracts and answered any additional questions thoroughly. It was clear that Steve was very busy that day but he did not rush the process and made me feel like I was his number one priority with my best interests in mind that day. So cheers to Paul and Steve and their great customer service!
