Used the towing service yesterday for the first time in several years. I only wish I could give them a 6. I had my truck at Sears in the Concord Mall to have tires installed. They called me to tell me that I had a brake problem. That they could/would not fix it and it could not be driven. I told them I had Driven it to them, still no offer of help. So totally frustrated I had to find another shop to take If to, and figure out how to get it to them. I called AAA and from getting a human being In a very short time to shaking the hand of the tow truck driver as he was taking my Car to the shop it was an absolute pleasure. I kept thinking this is just going to easy, I know Something is going to go wrong, it did not. I kept thinking about how my wife would do if she needed them And simply relaxed knowing she would be secure and well taken of. Think about this The truck came to get me within a one hour time frame (actually mush less). I was called, and sent a text Telling me when the driver would be there. He was 4 minutes early. I told my both children that I wanted them to call and sign up and I would pay for it. Really, this is the kind of service each one of us hopes to get close to and it was delivered to me As if I were their only client. Kudos to all for a job done perfectly.

I have not been a AAA member for more than 10 years, but still keep getting their membership forms. I had one year where they went into my banking account and stole money from me to pay for membership fees. I've never done electronic banking with their company. I've even gone through the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to stop receiving their forms, but to no avail. There was a time when being a AAA member was something good for me, but not anymore. I guess they've become desperate over the last 10 years. I would rank them lower than one star if they had that level of ranking.

Exceeds expectations! First thing you notice when you walk in is the bright and clear layout - Service, Member Services and Insurance. Went in to pay registration and update address and it took less than 3 minutes to have the new registration and sticker in my hand. No need to go to the DMV. Free wi-fi, complimentary coffee or tea. Workshop is prompt and practical. Great technicians, pricing and turnaround.

I came for my appointment at 10AM and the guy in line right in front me also had a appointment of 10 AM. I overheard he would get his car back in 1 hour (maybe he was in for something quick). When it was my turn, I was told I would get my car back about 4 hours later at 2PM (And I did get my car back around 1:45PM), that was little bit disappointing. Since I had no where to go and was waiting, I could see that they began working on my car since 11:30 which was one and half hours late as my appointment. I am not sure this is normal, I mean, I had a appointment as 10AM and sure expect someone began working on car then, not one and half hours later.

Great food, service was OK. sushi really good and Japanese style salmon was amazing. Veggies super fresh, miso soup was delish too. chicken teriyaki was really good too!

I was expecting so much more, considering the price and location. I ordered food to go, the restaurant was very chaotic with staff running to and from the kitchen, myself and another customer waited at the front with no greeter present, I had to flag down a waiter to ask for my food, which he then brought out. I ordered general tso chicken and sesame chicken. The sauce was overbearingly sweet and the breading was soggy, which tells me this is not prepared to order, but prepared earlier and reheated. This experience validates other reviews, one of them from over a year ago.
