VIRTUAL LINE: Customers can choose to send a text message to the management system which will issue them a “frozen” place in a virtual line. Customers must check in at the office with their CASE ID number issued in the text. Once a customer checks in their time starts from their “frozen” place in line. Shortly before their turn arrives, they will get a text from the system asking them to return to the license office. To enter the line using your cell phone, send a text indicating to 785-504-9019 with VTKfirstname lastname. The line only accepts text messages not voice calls.
