Ordered Ohlins suspension for my 2017 FZ-09 in June and before receiving item was involved in a motorcycle accident. Informed "Jim" about this while in the hospital, and he stated there is absolutely a "no-return" policy whatsoever. Well, this is a rare case scenario and I would have expected him to make an exception especially unopened sealed boxes thatI could return. But a big NO on their part will lead me to never do business with them again!!! I would give it half a star if I could! Buyer Beware!

The Ohlins 30mm Fork Kitand Rear shock I got for my 2014 R9T is going to transform the bike. Plus his prices are the best I've found! Will definitely recommend in the future!! I would highly recommend and have nothing but excellent results and personallized great customer service for many years, excellent pricing, and very helpful, in business over thirty years with customers all over as they list on the “CLIENTS” page of their site like me, very impressive. To clarify the below listed mistakes from boneheads posts below, because we gotto call them out and set thing straight. So Mr “Jim Nasium”, they do sell automotive Ohlins, as well as many motorcyle applications, looks like you missed that giant pic on there home page at the top. Manny Theoharides, ("the-handy") Egg Harbor NJ your full of it, your always were a drunkin bum carpenters helper at fifty plus years old that smokes lots of weed, that parks in the fire lane instead of a spot and stunk out load like your bong, the only reason you posted a BS scratch mark story is that they finally thru you out and chewed your sorry ass like any other small family business should have, your over four season old sand pit KTM dirty bike was far from new and has many wear marks from you alone using a wood chisel to swap your forks between several of your older bikes because your too cheap to fix the other ones. I don’t know any other business that takes more time to help or explain to customers or has more years of product knowledge and has thousands of excellent customers.
Just got brand new suspension returned from first service, ALL GOUGED UP!!! Jim refuses to make good, so I will see him in court. Customer service sucks. I've been going to Jim for 10+ years and it's always a song and dance. I'm never doing business again after my new forks were damaged!
