My parents headstone was leaning after the horrendous winter of 2014-2015. Went to the Rex monument in the spring requesting they look at the stone and call me with an estimate of repair cost to rest and clean the stone. The man in the office said he would go that week. Never heard back. Have called every couple of months for a year and a half and have never been called back or been sent an estimate. This service is already paid for as the put in the original stone. I will now have to have another company fix the stone and I will send the bill to Rex. Small claim court awaits!
Went there with my sister to get a headstone for my parents waited 30 minutes nobody ever came and I have called several times nobody is there they tell you that they're open from 9 o'clock in the morning till like two nobody ever answers the phone
I needed a monument for Notre Dame cemetery. I called on Friday and told the employee that I live over an hour away and he assured me someone would be there Saturday morning to help. I arrived 30 minutes after he told me they would open/be there and no one was there. I met a male outside also waiting for them. He said it was not surprising they weren't there and he has had a difficult time trying to get in touch with them. We waited about 20 minutes before leaving. Buying a monument is depressing enough, and to drive over an hour for them not be there when they confirmed they would the day before is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
